Tatania took us for breakfast and a spot of shopping.
We headed west from San Antonio towards West Texas. As the hours passed the scenery got better and better. You could see oil pumps and giant electrical windmills. We had a bit of rain (and wind) but it was not terrible at this point.
Our aim was to get to Las Cruces New Mexico and we almost got there, falling short by 40 miles or so (El Paso). Still in Texas but near the western border.
